1. Does my Bicycle come with 100% genuine and manufacturer's warranty?


Yes, ChooseMyBicycle only deals with products that are 100% genuine & covered under warranty by the company that manufactures or distribute it in India

 

2. If there is an issue with my Bicycle, does CMB take full responsibility or do i have to run to your nearest selected dealer and deal with them as well?


When you buy a cycle from us, you buy into us. We will be there for all your immediate and future needs. 

 

3. Does Warranty cover all the parts of my cycle?


If damage occurs during transit then our warranty will cover 100% of the bike. But if otherwise, then we’ll do a complete diagnosis of the bike and give you the next recommended steps

 

4. How long is my warranty valid for?


This totally depends on the type of cycle you buy, some manufacturers give a full one year warranty and some manufacturers give a lifetime warranty only for the frame of the bicycle.

 

5. What if the bicycle I have received is defective?


If you think the bicycle you have received is defective, then all you have to do is make sure the bicycle is safely put back into the box, once this is done go onto Choosemybicycle.com, go to the easy returns tab and follow the few easy steps to send your bicycle back to us. Once the bicycle is with us, we will do a full diagnostic and send you a replacement or a report as soon as possible.

 

6. What if the bicycle I have received has broken parts?


If the bicycle you have received has broken parts, first step is to take a picture and send it to one of our cycling wizards, sometimes It might just be a part that needs to be fitted back into the cycle very easily. Once one of our cycling wizards have confirmed that it is a broken part, then all you have to do is make sure the bicycle is safely put back into the box, once this is done go onto Choosemybicycle.com, go to the easy returns tab and follow the few easy steps to send your bicycle back to us. Once the bicycle is with us, we will send you a replacement or a report as soon as possible.

 

7. Is the manufacturer’s warranty a worldwide warranty?
